Dr. Adriane Damko
Medical director / CEO

"We accompany you professionally and personally from the beginning"

"The moments when at the beginning an oocyte fuses with a sperm, grows into a baby during pregnancy and is born healthy, are something very special for everyone. In our profession, we are allowed to rejoice in this time and time again. We follow a holistic approach in order to support the reproductive medical processes in the best possible way, e.g. through psychosocial counseling or TCM. We also see that today precautionary considerations as well as fertility-preserving measures are becoming increasingly important. Here, too, we are there for you with many years of experience."

Dr. Jasmin Okhowat
Deputy Medical Director

"Let's talk about your desire to have a baby!"

"As leading specialists in medically assisted reproduction we consider it our task - together with your treating doctor - to increase your individual chances of finally becoming parents. In doing so, our focus is on safe and quality-approved diagnostic and therapeutic options, but above all we want to live up to the trust you have placed in the experience and competence of our team. Our time is yours - we are looking forward to welcoming you to our premises."

Bregenz
where prodigies and
children you've dreamed of
call the tune.

History / Locations

Since its foundation by Univ. Prof. Dr. Herbert Zech in 1984 in Bregenz, the IVF centers of the same name have been continuously expanded to new locations in several European countries. This was also the case in 2018, when the "IVF Centers Prof. Zech" became part of the "Next Clinics" and thus, together with a now significantly expanded team of globally renowned experts, continue to play a central and active role in the international development of reproductive medicine. United in two innovative brands with excellent performance and services, "Next Fertility" and "Next Lab", the clinic group will continue to grow together in 2021 in order to jointly create the best possible conditions for successful fertility treatment

Aspects in Fertility Treatment

Infertility - What are the causes?

The causes of infertility in women / men require medical clarification by experienced specialists who can subsequently determine the appropriate therapy.

Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART)

"In Vitro Fertilization" provides couples dealing with undesired infertility with the chance to become pregnant with the help of medical support. There is a wide variety of different methods and techniques (e.g. IVF, ICSI, IMSI). The choice of the appropriate procedure depends upon the couple’s initial situation. In a personal consultation the doctor will discuss with the couple which therapy is the most promising for the situation at hand.

Egg Donation /
Sperm Donation

There are situations where couples are unable, for various reasons (e.g. premature menopause, cancer treatment, surgical removal of both ovaries), to conceive from their own oocytes/sperm. The use of donor eggs/sperm in IVF treatment may thus be considered as the method of choice. Different legal requirements may apply here.

Genetics in the context
of Fertility Treatment

Couples whose medical situation (indication) complies with the requirements set out by the applicable national laws have the option of undergoing IVF treatment coupled with the use of special genetic analyses on the oocyte or the embryo prior to its transfer to the woman's womb. This is intended to identify or rule out possible genetic disorders.

Size & Experience

Continuously implemented measures for quality assurance and optimal support through an experienced team - even on weekends and public holidays.

Science and Research

In conjunction with our medical approach and through our scientific commitment, we want to continue our efforts in further developing existing treatment methods, thus enhancing the individual chances of infertile couples to conceive a child. The chances of successful treatment outcome can also be boosted to the patients'advantage thanks to the IVF center's commitment to continuous improvement and introduction of technical innovations as well as a fundamental interest in increasing knowledge. The effectiveness of this approach is measurable, and the benefits are, among other things, reflected by our successful work in the area of science and research.
